If watching your oshi gets you riled up and prepared for competition with another man, that's directly against what a (virtual) idol is supposed to sell. It's directly against what's good for their service.
It impedes pure enjoyment since it aggravates men. It's simply not fun or enjoyable. Many will simply abandon the idol entirely and brand them a whore, because the idea and feeling of competition is too much in context.

Of course, as an industry inspired by idols, they must be aware of all this, so collabs ought to be minimized and even inexistent for many.
