Yes

I do save photos that ControlNet responds well to, but most of the time, the poses are just too tied to a situation that they're the one-and-done type of deal.
To add to this, I also use Photoshop to bash together my own reference with poses I like to achieve something specific. Quicker than having to pose them with a 3D program. At least for me.
