Also idk if it matters since its been done but with kilia's flaps. there could be possible tags to trigger them, thats how shylily's worked when i was wrangling to figure out how her tags work. (this was before i settle'd to the current one in the LoRA Rentry which has them built into her main tag pretty well)
Generic flap tag: animal ears
Specific tags that might trigger it: whale girl, orca girl, etc. (species tags)
