The year was 1717, and I was a crew member on Blackbeard's ship. I saw what I thought was a mermaid she was beautiful, as we got closer I realized she had legs, and a tail. This is when she noticed us, and she jumped off the rock she was sitting on, and into the water, we were all stunned by what we saw, but I was not satisfied I ran, and jumped off the ship after her, and everything went black. I later woke up many, many years later alone on some beach unsure how I ended up there, and feeling heartbroken I'd never see her again. Sometime passed, and I was living my life just carrying the memory of seeing her, but one day there she was on YouTube, and I knew she had come back to me.
