I'm getting worried anons, it will be almost half a year since this ON TOPIC VTUBER FROM A VTUBER CORPORATION POSTED AND DISCUSSED IN THE VTUBER BOARD MADE FOR POSTING AND DISCUSSIONS ABOUT VTUBERS SHOWN IN PIC RELATED THAT DOESN'T BREAK ANY GLOBAL OR BOARD RULES ACCORDING TO POST >>1 UNLESS THERE IS SOME SORT OF UNFAIR SPECIAL RULES THAT THE PUBLIC DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT OR SOME KIND OF COLLUSION... made this promise, but she hasn't fulfilled it, is she going through a financial crisis? Did she get some sort of early alzheimer? Maybe she is too busy? I'm sure she cares about the wellbeing of trans children and for that reason there has to be something that is holding her back, do you guys think she needs help?

Time flies so fast these days, we are approaching half a year since that statement, maybe she is trying to donate but bureucracy is delaying the proccess to the point it takes months to do the paper work?

Maybe she just forgot about it, I don't think she lied or is just unwilling to fullfil her promise because she doesn't really care about trans rights or despises them in secret, I'm just going the assume the best of people and believe that she just forgot with not ill intent about her promise, just a happy accident, a woopsie, it's what makes sense knowing how kind hearted she is.
