Your obsession with the genuine nature of western Etubers is misplaced considering that these are the exact same people that were at one time just operating as actual ethots, and have never really respected their viewers. They lose their character voices because they don't want to put in the effort anymore, they default to sex comedy because their main audience is the same horny paypigs from their Ethot days, and they in fact are not being genuine in the first place. You are looking at a character made to manipulate you into giving them money, and that's what you want, any notion of lowering their facade for you is fake.

If you really looked at Western Etubers the way you say you do, with appreciation for their genuine nature and ability to be themselves, you'd just be off watching a girl streamer with no anime avatar and talking about how you don't like the artificial nature of anyone with an avatar. You're not looking for genuine girls, you are looking for someone whose character gives you the feeling that they are being genuine despite the fact they are literally wearing a mask.
