My respect for Uki and my enjoyment of his content has grown massively over time. He's steadfast with his streaming style and found an audience of people that prefer it without burning himself out, he toes the line near perfectly between being the bitchy gay friend and avoiding involving himself in actual drama, he doesn't let hate comments get to him nearly as much as other streamers do. My only gripe is he has a beautiful singing voice but comparatively doesn't use it all too much.
He's clever too - by establishing himself as gay and flirtatious straight out of the gate, he's been able to slowly build it up to talking about actual flirtatious contact and implying sexual acts with other vtubers, and nobody cares at all. Not his fanbase, and very few of the fanbase of whoever he's with. It's genius. He's saved himself and others trouble from day 0.
I'm rooting for him. I like his quiet, funny streams, I like his personality, I like the head he has on his shoulders. Sorry it took this long for me to watch you regularly, Uki.
