I fully believe that the anniversary is the optimal timing for someone new. There's just too much hype around anniversaries to not take advantage of it by having a new member ride off the tail of it, just like Haruka did last year. Only thing that makes me sad is if we get another video like last year, Nina won't be in it if she debuts after the anniversary.
