Im a fujoyume. A fujoshi can also be a yume but ive seen there's been an uptick in people finding men attractive, projecting emotions onto themselves and thinking they are a fujo when rather they are a yumejoshi. Yumes have their own unique history, but to put it simply it's where a Yumejo will ship their oc/self insert with a fictional character. It's very self indulgent and there are many type of yume (im not going over them). if you want yumes as your audience, you must keep in mind that SOME yumes are the type of anons that inhabit /cbdct/ and they're much more parasocial and gachikoi than the average yume. Fujoshi don't care about what you do aslong as you have homoerotic interactions with other male chuubas. Whilst a large majority of yumes are relatively normal and understanding, you have a small but loud minority of yume that are no different than unicorns that want you to be exclusive to just your fans and no-one else. Fujoshi do not have these dream fantasies and do not have any romantic feelings towards their target. i should clarify i do not yume vtubers but rather actual fictional characters that are not real.
