"At least once" is too low for a threshold when considering a full year. Here is the list
>All Hololive branches have perfect attendance
>All 8 Holostars EN had at least one 10k in 2023
>NijiJP has over 100 channels with at least one 10k stream in 2023 (a lot thanks to NijiMelody and other company wide relays)
>VSPO has perfect attendance as well
>NoriPro, VApArt, KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, HoneyStrap, VOMS, KEMOMIMI-REFLE!, Sleep Monster, VShojo JP, Animare, Isegye Idol, MAHA5 JP, Studio LaRa have at least one
IMO the big surprises were both .LIVE and Phase Connect not having at least one in 2023.
(Notice this is per branch and "774 Inc." had several branches merged into nanashiiku and that is still not reflected properly in this table out of laziness of this humble servant of yours)
