Alright. So from my perspective, if you go big picture enough, nothing in life has a point or purpose, everything just is. Everything exists, good, neutral and bad, and the universe keeps moving along. So when you ask what the point of something is... Well, there isn't one, in reality.

So what IS the point of self-improvement even if it seems like time is always winning? The point is the point you make of it. Why is it that you want to self-improve? Are there goals, dreams or desires that you WANT to meet? Then the point is to improve to meet them. Do you just want to feel happier or fulfilled and will working on yourself help you accomplish it? Then the point is to do it, to help find that which makes you happy or feel fulfilled. Whatever negativity you're going through too, will lose too to time... So go forward, embrace the good. Learn from the bad. Make your own point to life.
