I think its just over for NijiEN at this point. What happened this month was the cumulation of all the frustration and problems that had been steadily building up since mid-2022. The talents could've easily stepped back and reflected on some of the criticism, but instead most of the popular ones tripled down on their own stupidity to where no one wants to stick around at this point.
Even ignoring of the normalfag Youtubing sphere, NijiEN is now widely recognized as a bad company with a few good talents, and even that's up for debate because the animosity has been steadily building towards people like like Vox, Uki and Elira for a while now. They've essentially burned away all the goodwill they've spent building for years now and no PR team can easily fix this.
