That information is also effectively a bounty board for competitors to target and steal your paypigs eg recognizing them if they show up in their chats, giving them extra attention, laughing extra hard at their jokes even if it's some unfunny garbage, etc.
Nami has historically had problems with loyalty (many herojis are in fact whoreojis and treasonkeks) so it's understandable why she wouldn't want to make it easy for the competition to target her whales and dolphins.
