This dude is very likely one of THE spearheads of the "special hololive operation", which also means they can't "fire him" because he could spill the beans about Nijisanji effectively slandering not just Holo talents but also a lot of of other chuubas which NIJISANJI actively seeks to sink. This would TERMINATE the company instantly because it would be god knows how many counts of slander per chuuba and per year. So, they are forced to keep these walking nuclear reactors and give them special treatment or risk them melting down and completely Chernobyl'ing NIJISANJI in the process alongside ANYKARA.
Mind you, this fuck is only ONE of several people with a similar strat, of course this means the antibots are paid by NIJISANJI too, which is another company-destroying scandal if found out.
