I just set some personal goals like 10km in less than 50 min, 5km in less than 22 min (my previous best was 5km in 24) but I've been a stay-at-home sedentary lifestyle kinda guy. I also have small legs so it's challenging but I love running as fast as I can and feeling my whole body "burning".
