Deadbeatification is possible on all vertebrate animals, and will have varying effects. The sharp decrease in melanin in skin and fur is universal, as well as the decrease in body temperature, but the quantity and length of hairs will stay the same. Animals with a higher metabolism, such as small critters like rats, birds or frogs will be more skeletal due to the higher dehydration, while bigger animals will retain more bulk after the deadbeatification.
