My rrat is self-harm, such as cutting or jumping out of a window. Judging from her past behavior it's probably a mental thing. Any vaxx claims are too extreme in my opinion, considering her age. I've not heard of many young people getting side effects from it.

Haachama does not have "better English than she pretends". She will still make the same grammar mistakes and have poor vocabulary. The only difference is that she is not putting on a high-pitched voice. When speaking English at a normal pace she will likely still confuse Ls and Rs (notice how she pauses in that clip before saying "Red" to basically prepare herself how to pronounce the R correctly). She hasn't lived in Australia for months, so her lack of exposure probably means her English has gotten even worse.
With all that being said. She is still the best English speaker in HoloJP. Which really goes to show how shit Japs are at learning this language.

This. The problem isn't always pronouncing it. Their brains have trouble distinguishing it.

For example, Japs can't hear the difference between Cloud and Crowd. The english "Sh and S" sounds in words like She and Sea also fuck them up.
