Shogun II. It's not a new title. Creative Assembly's new title Pharaoh Total War has bad numbers and the company is undergoing a shakeup. So getting the rights to an older title should be easier.

16 days from now will be the 7th anniversary of one of the greatest achievements in my life: passing the civil engineering licensure exam. In my country, I could not immediately practice my profession after graduation as I had to take the licensure exam and pass it to get my license, and thus I had to study for it again, meaning spending a few thousand of my country's currency for a review center. I didn't think that I would pass it so I didn't bother checking who passed until a friend of mine sent me a message saying ANON CONGRATS! So I checked the website, there was my name, and I was happy. My father even called me at midnight to congratulate me for that. sorry for the TLDR post. A simple Holofan such as I just wanted to share this.
