Haruka is arguably the single most friendly and sensitive vtubers in existence. Literally not even exaggerating here. She's autistic (literally, she says so in her intro video), and like autistic people she has great difficulty reading other people. To avoid this causing problems she has the habit of constantly worrying about how others feel, and is basically constantly apologizing, thanking, and praising others for even the most trivial things. This constant politeness means she can basically get along with almost anyone she has ever met and almost never offends anyone.

However, I guess it's a double edge sword. She's also... I'm not sure what to call it. Hyper-sensitive emotionally? Too self-aware? Just very anxious? Basically she recently took a month off and lost 90% of her subs due to someone sending a mean DM (not even kidding, it should still be posted on her Twitter somewhere). Haruka's sensitivity would get her chewed out and ripped to shreds if she entered a stage as big as hololive, unless she was kept in a reality bubble where mods filtered all her contact with the outside word.

Personality-wise she's sort of a funny dork. She's also very seiso (or maybe just looks that way because she hangs out with vshojo which is filled with thirsty thots and toilet humor). Either way she doesn't use her femininity to appeal to viewers like most vtubers, and you'd think she was just a friendly guy pal if you read the transcripts from her streams and didn't watch/hear her.

Haruka is one of the few vtubers who you genuinely want to protect and probably needs protecting. And unlike other vtubers, it's not just because she has a cute little girl model or plays a character; she's entirely transparent and I'm not sure even can play a character due to her autism. She's a rarity among vtubers, and this is coming from someone who's not even a regular viewer of hers.

Clearly the anon who wrote that list doesn't even know what "dramafag" means. I think he's confusing it with "popular indies who aren't my oshi" or "list of people who I don't like"

Sorry OP, drama fags have hijacked the thread. This is now a Bunny thread, not a /lig/ thread.

You probably haven't seen her because she took a month off due to depression (possibly related to getting attacked by an authistic vtuber on twitter), which knocked out 90% of her subs last I checked.

She's a pretty standard, silly, but wholesome streamer. Even though she does hang out with vshojo, she's a lot different from them probably because she literally has autism, according to her own introductory video. Honestly, even though I don't watch her very much, I like her chill vibes and kinda respect that she's one of the few vtubers that hasn't succumbed to using fanservice, GFE, or toilet humor to get those views, even though it's probably hurting her numbers.

In terms of streaming style, she kinda reminds me of Layna Lazar during her non-spooky streams, or Juniper but slightly more spastic.

>If you're shy maybe try finding a career that's not streaming.
There are plenty of cases of streamers being loud or outspoken solo, but becoming very shy when in collabs.
>Holo's Aqua has plenty of stories about her being a wallflower IRL
>Niji's Selen is probably one of the loudest of the NijiEN streamers, but will sometimes go silent for literal minutes on end during collabs.
>Indie Haruka Karibou is autistic and similarly can be pretty talkative during chat but becomes considerably shyer in collabs.
>Indie Layna Lazar constantly makes verbal mistakes in large collabs, mixing multiple words into one, or saying a similar-sounding but entirely different word than she intended, but its almost unheard of her doing so in solo streams.
It's actually a pretty widespread phenomena. There's lots of examples of streamers across all companies and platforms, so it's not like it's a rare thing. No idea why though. Maybe something to do not worrying about interrupting or speaking over others when streaming solo, or maybe nervousness from having a ton of strangers (someone else's community) watching, maybe comprehending dialogue takes more brainpower for some people than just briefly skimming over random chat lines, or a host of many other possible reasons.

To me, it's worthless virtue signaling and a ridiculously low-level, uneducated take that just makes one feel sympathetic shame for someone willing to make such a statement. None of these things are something I want to experience while watching chuubas.
If you're any kind of public person, please don't stick your nose in something you're not educated or a professional in. This is a lesson even long-term academics fuck up with.
Wish people good luck all you want, hope they stay safe if that's what you hope for, but don't go any deeper than that. Anything you say is just going to be garbage. Stay on your own level and don't make PR statements as if you knew what the fuck you're talking about.

Does anyone know what exactly happened to green moose? She last streamed a month ago and her twitter activity fell off a cliff around the same time, and I don't see anything obvious on twitter or her twitch page about something happening.
