They aren't just inept anon. They're beyond inept.
They soak up 100's of millions of dollars. And they produce a failed anime project, a failed music project, they hire low quality nepotism people. Most of the vast wealth they have goes to hire nepotism people for incredibly bloated 6-figure salaries, for which they do 3 hours of work per week.

The managers are horrendous and abuse the talents regularly, to the point of crying on stream. They engage in petty backbiting politics, like forcing talents to pay for their own birthdays, restricting their merch,, or their opportunities to appear at certain events, if they don't appease the managers enough. Look how they completely ruined Haachama. Or look what they did to Coco, abusing her into quitting.

Also there are allegations that the more attractive vtubers are getting more preferential treatment for management. Probably some kind of sex-for-favors is going on. Certainly we know of several instances where managers were having sex with the talent, it's probably very common. I think many of the talents would immediately leave if they had a landing pad somewhere else. But they don't, so they're forced to stay and deal with the abuse.

Hololive basically copied everything they did from Nijisanji. So just like Nijisanji they're using their own proprietary app, which unfortunately has atrocious rigging compared to everyone else. Look at the horror show that was Gura's new dress. Or how about Gura's fucked up eyes? Or just Gura's rigging in general?

It's more evidence that people in these threads are having their opinions managed for them by hololive consensus management. They basically flood the thread with posts praising one particular aspect of a stream, so that becomes your opinion about the stream. You aren't forming opinions of your own.
