Just pointless speculation, but I think she initially meant to say the stuff on that community post during the stream. She said at the start that there was a lot she wanted to say once she reached 1M, and once she did she even said it was time for the "speech," even though she only said some brief words before singing Fansa. Given how nervous she was, I wouldn't be surprised if making it a community post was a literal last minute decision.
