The full story is weirder than the shitpost.
Around the second newfag explosion during and after /vt/ League, a bunch of Hoomans showed up on the server and started looking for a place. They eventually settled in what is now their large stone temple, just south of old Nenepro. At the time Husbands were already considering a move to be in the 5th gen continent to be closer to their allies (and let's be honest, easy access to the Bodan Fortress which might be the most complete+compact base out there). That was just talk tho, until Hoomans proved to be *really good* at building fast. In a couple of days theyhad a big chunk of the penynsula (you can see it in old maps) and it was then that Nenepro sorta changed their tune from happy neighbours to weirdly schizo/conflictive.
Eventually, a husband challenged a Hooman for the right to remain in the penynsula and they dueled. Of note, the duelwas extremely stacked against the Hooman because he was wearing iron armor and using an unenchanted iron sword as opposed to the enchanted diamond gear of the husband, and yet somehow, the Hooman won.
That was the last push for Nenepro to move its entire city out to the coast north of Atlantis, leaving the Hoomans full control of their old terrains.
The Husband Trail of Tears was complete about a few days later.
