He's autistic or aspergers or something, gets bullied by his own talents, reportedly spends most of his time hiding in his merchandise warehouse, and admits to sleeping in a literal dog bed multiple times in the past year alone. He screwed up badly his first year as CEO by being too rigid in his thinking and not trying to understand his talents strengths but chilled out and became more hands off after hiring some more managers (cry pillows for the girls). Really the only controversial thing he's done since that first year was firing Yuri and even that wasn't handled nearly as badly as certain other company terminations have been handled the past year. Just a gag order on the talents and a vague corpo statement about breaking the terms of the contract followed by a pre-prepared goodbye video from yuri and then doing the thing JP companies do where they take down the VODs.

The girls have literally talked about him taking them out to dinner, driving them to his private warehouse, and similar things that sound misleading but he's too autistic to ever actually do anything and really always just wants to show off something like an excited 5 year old with a new toy. Like with the warehouse trip its because he wanted to show off how well he had organized it. And with dinner it was because he had found a place he liked in town. Fishman might possibly be the only vtuber CEO who isn't molesting the talents if only because he's too much of a sperg to do it.
