He's massively autistic so he probably can't bring himself to change it since they have a really strong aversion to change. I'm not exaggerating with the autism thing either, he even said he was on the spectrum in his introduction message on Oli's server.

As far as his antics, he's probably going on a autistic fit. When they rage they usually just double, triple, and quadruple down on their antics until they get it out of their system, which seems to be the case for now.
