Does anyone else feel bad for lumi? She grew up with a mom who had the energy to beat her for being left handed but was too tired to get out of bed before 2pm to feed her. Her dad loved her but was absent and didnt know how to express it. And her first major exposure to physical was recurring rape from jeans groomer starting at 14. She knew something was wrong enough with this setup to get super depressed and her church friend's response was to call her a whore. And the most fucked up part is that despite the only real attention she got out of her parents coming in the form of violence, her female autism manifested in a hyper fixation on ensuring other people comortable and a pathological aversion to hurting other people's feelings. Which is how groomer guilted her into coming over.

And despite all of this, she still has that resting tard face and demenor that makes kids and old people feel safe talking to her on public transit. And she is still too nice to shut them down when they start. Adulthood made her realize that shitty people can smell the goodtism on her and will abuse it. And she still cant stop herself when it is happening so her response has been to just isolate herself. So she got a job doing the only thing that will let her work through her unaddressed ptsd anxiety. So she plays rts games on stream and sings to retarded autists online for a living. Because the games let her work through her anxiety over all of the above (she is shit because her hands wont stop shaking when she is flustered). She gets to work out her feelings with her characters. And (whether she realizes it or not) because she is still comforting people through her singing.

But even as a vtuber, life saw fit to kick her in her tits. When people see her genuinely innocent and caring personality they immediately assume she is being evil and manipulative. Why? Because no one who sees a skinny blonde with big tits can fathom the idea of said blonde being genuinely socially awkward. So the same tism that hyperfixates her on caring for others is always interpretted in the worst possible light.

Lumi's life is genuinely one of the most beautifully sad things. She is still such a caring person. She's still a tard wrangler for a living. And she wont stop being a decent person even tho that is what makes everyone hate her. Another day another tragedy I guess but god damn. Next time she fucks up a game and says "Am I at least getting better?" I think I am going to say yes.
