/vtwbg/ is the same as any other thread. It's a nation whose culture is primarily determined by how posters interact in the thread. We didn't make known posters heroes of legends or chuubas for other threads, and we wouldn't do that for ourselves either. All that's really been established thus far is that it's a neutral zone where delegates hand out with some sort of UN building doing something or other.
