Sleep paralysis is always fucking wild. I remember this one time I got sleep paralysis there was this shadowy figure walking towards my bed. It literally fucking grabbed both my shoulders. I was screaming in my mind for what felt like an eternity. The figure went away and I felt super glad that it didn't hurt me. When I had actually woken up for real my younger sister told me that she had went into my room to wake me up for something early that same morning. She told me that she had tried shaking my up lightly but got scared because my eyes were bulging open. Staring at her. Realized that the shadowy figure was just my sister all along.
