Episode Summary
HELL TO PAY! Demonic criminals have escaped Hell! Swearing revenge on their captor, Ironmouse, they decide to cause havoc on the world she loves, with the people she loves. The first demon possesses Veibae, enhancing her powers as a succubus to enthrall the people of the city, causing relationship strife everywhere. In response, Ironmouse has her technicians in Hell send her the Helldriver belt and IronHeart, allowing her to transform into KAMEN RIDER 666 to expel the demon from her friend!

PAWS FOR ALARM! A possessed Snuffy leads an army of raccoons, rats, and other vermin, causing havoc wherever they can scurry.

NATURE CALLS! Haruka's been mutated to a feral floral beast, and every step she takes spreads unchecked vegetation, choking the city! 666 receives her FireHeart for Hell and burns away the invading plants.

GRAVE MATTERS! 666 faces the undead as Froot raises a zombie horde!

MONKE BUSINESS! In this slapstick episode, Connor's demon has transformed him into a mischievous mutant monkey! His slippery banana peels and constant comebacks nearly drive 666 insane with annoyance. It's only until she receives her IceHeart that she's able to turn the slippery tables on him.

MISSING MADNESS! Silver's cheerful personality has turned infectious, causing people to take injustices in stride. 666 must rid Silver of her demon and remind people that sometimes, you gotta get mad.

BATTLE OF THE BARDS! In the musical episode, it's 666 vs Aethel! He's stolen everyone's voice, but 666's new IdolHeart restores her vocal ability, defeating Aethel with concussive singing blasts.

SUNDAY SERVICE SHOWDOWN! Hime's been captivating a congregation of citizens using her bible - and definitely not anything else - and it's up to 666 to break the spell over them! She battles it out with Hime using her new AngelHeart.

CYBER SHOWDOWN! Melody's demon is about to leak everyone's secrets online! Using a light sensor and her angel form's lasers, 666 projects herself into cyberspace (complete with Gridman homage landscape) to fight her friend. Meanwhile, her real body lies defenseless during the battle...

MIRROR MATCH! While 666's mind was busy in cyberspace, a demon attempted to take over her body! It was expelled when she returned to the real world, creating a purple copy of 666! The two are evenly matched, so 666 plays her trump card - having her Hell technicians send the QueenHeart to her. Going berserk in her full demon form, 666 is able to defeat her doppelganger. However, she's forced to rip the
Heart from her belt before she turns her attacks on innocent people.

CAT AND MOUSE! Nyan's been mutated into a dimension-shifting cat beast, able to phase through walls. 666 attempts to evade an attack by trying her new size-reducing MouseHeart, only to discover she can't leave her new tiny form! Her belt was damaged in the last episode, and her Heart is jammed. Chased by Nyan, 666 must figure out how to return to normal.

ACTION REACTION! Clip show. With her belt back in hell to be repaired, Ironmouse reminisces about her battles and provides commentary.

TEAMWORK TERROR! Zen's demon has split her into all her various forms, creating an evil Super Sentaiesque team of Zens. 666 must switch between her own forms to fight each Zen. But as just as 666 beats everyone in combat, they suddenly retreat... into a giant robot!

ROBORAGNAROK! The RoboZen is far too huge and powerful to fight normally, leaving 666 to resort to her full demon form to fight it. Using the power of friendship from all her previous rescuees, 666 is able to control - and grow - herself to combat the robot. With a final Rider Kick to the collective Zens, all the escaped demon criminals are finally returned to their prison in hell.
