I suspect a lot of fujos just grew up reading shoujo manga but couldn't relate to the female heroine(since they're usually written as very generic mary sues). When you focus purely on the actions of the male characters trying to seduce her it becomes easy to cut out the heroine and just have 2 seductive hot guys in a hot and sexy relationship.

Meanwhile girls with sexual trauma tend to behave more promiscuously to try to take "control" of their trauma or normalize it in their own minds because teenagers don't like feeling like a victim.
