it doesn't help that there's just some wrong information out there...
I saw a comment saying it took 2 years to get voice packs when that's wrong. the first VP was the Summer pack released in August 2020 shortly after the third waves debut.
the dates only show late 2021 onward on Booth because the staff used to stupidly outright delete pages like this https://booth.pm/en/items/2626546 (Siu's first BD page) or this https://booth.pm/en/items/2746834 (Valentine's day) instead of letting them sit as "outside the sale range" like https://booth.pm/en/items/2962400
