Yes, but I don't currently have a method for it to copy them all immediately from the user's Google Drive upon load/start-up. Would you find that useful? I'd have to make it a toggle option or a separate cell on its own and you would have to put the path to the directory you have them in EXACTLY as the pre-filled example shows it, but I can add it sometime this evening. Most people probably drag/drop them into the "Files" view on the left hand side. Navigate to stable-diffusion-webui/models/Lora and just drag/drop the files in there for now.
