FrankerFaceZ allows you to have those three under the stream
it's something you can already see by going into the Video Player Settings -> Advanced and enabling Video Stats, FFZ just makes it so it's displayed in a much more pleasant manner
I like having it so I can keep refreshing the stream until I get the lowest possible latency and/or to check if my latency is getting too high (though nowadays I can just pick up on this by the audio alone, since after a certain latency threshold Twitch tries to speed up the stream so that you can catch up which causes audio distortion)
