A word of advice to those who must deal with the Jewnited States of America's healthcare: Always ask for an itemized bill. Ask politely first. If that doesn't work, throw a fit like you're a dark fellow about to lose one of them dice games! The point is, forcing the doctors to actually give you a point by point list of expenses will ensure they can't get away with as much overcharging. Do not pay until you get that list.
