Hex has finally dipped below 5k so here's the number of streams taken from debut for both Tempus and xSoleil talents to reach sub 5k viewers for the first time since debut (this may be a rough measurement to identify "debut buff" with some tweaking of numbers - despite weirdos like Salami).
