It's very easy to just say this is wrong/gross etc. but I'll try a more nuanced breakdown.

TL;DR Trans people are tolerated and treated medically but tribal values dictate that most individuals would look poorly upon those who have transitioned.

For the sake of this post, we will assume the term gender is real (encourage you to google the separation of sex and gender, the guy who was the main proponent is evil in my opinion) and that sex is your biological makeup as assigned by your physical body at birth and that gender is which sex other people (or society at large) perceives you to be. This requires a rigid definition of two genders meaning one could cross a defined line from one to the other in this case.

>What makes a person valuable?
The first step is to pose and answer a question, is someone that is heterosexual, and adheres to the gender that matches their sex inherently valuable? For this case, we will assign all people of varying personal characteristics the same value of 1. Now is someone who is transgender inherently valuable? I would reason that someone who has transitioned from one gender to the other is just as valuable when personal characteristics are removed so their value is 1.

Cappipalist Separatists are inherently anti-government and anti-institution leaning toward an anarcho-esque society, this means that they would value the trans person's right to do what they want and say what they want above the disgust or distaste of others. Saying this their origin lies in tribal groups and intense inter-tribal conflict (Kanpainiki Cappipalist conflicts) and individuals would likely have a tendency towards treating trans people harshly on a personal interaction level.

Because it does not provide the full picture, you can give people equal value for the sake of fairness and respect but let me propose a hypothetical. If you had 100% gender-normative people in your country there would likely be little change, but if you had 100% transgender people in your country there might be no country in as soon as a single generation.

Transgenderism and gender theory has its origins in the sciences of the mind and of society, and was in its earliest form classified as a type of Body Dysmorphia and redefined to be Gender Dysphoria. If you are trans and want to make a compelling argument to society that you are legitimate a medical argument is the most sound one.

Treating transgenderism as a mental illness cured by transitioning from one binary gender to another is how transgenderism is classified within Cappipalist society. This is the path to legitimacy through medical definition.

Using my above definition of transgenderism within the micronation this becomes pertinent. It is not evil to be transgender, and you can transition as a treatment but now the above statement proposes that if your nations were comprised entirely of trans individuals and they had undergone surgical and hormonal transition that transgender men could not impregnate, and transgender women could not get pregnant. This would meanwhile a single trans person's existence is not considered evil if large portions of the population were to become transgender (more so than the 0.17% average of a first-world country) there would likely be some action to address potential grooming or influence that is causing more than usual portions of the population to become mentally unwell or convinced that they are.
