>should the tone always be kept light? how much serious / "dark" content is acceptable in a pretend anime character's lore?
It doesn't have to be. But unless you are very dedicated to your rp your streams will most likely end up having a light tone anyway and I think that's fine.

>is there room to add depth such as through themes, morals, or deconstruction, or should it just focus on being funny / cool / generally entertaining?
Those are all great if done properly but I think most people would probably enjoy funny / comedic lore the most. There is a reason why one piece and one punch man became so big.
>should the story be structured ahead of time, and if so how far ahead? how much influence should stream moments / audience in-jokes have on the development?
You should build your lore with your streams. Think of it as a GM who has a basic plotline planned but will adapt it if need be.

>anything else you consider important
Creating fun or immersive moments with it on stream or in any other medium would be the ideal outcome imo.

>Is a feat/statement listing using posts from these powerscale threads feasible?
It would be a great resource that's for sure.
But I can't think of a good way to manage that without bias. Ideally if we could create something like this it would show links to feats or statements, with a short description of what the viewer can expect.

>And obviously a "previous thread" link is also essential.
Yeah I was also thinking that there should probably be a short description of what the general is about.
