So this is from the last thread, but I have been evaluating Mochi Sakura. It helps that she has sung so many songs.
In short, I would call her an alternative Stella, with some elements of Chima. First, the good:

Departures https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwWHeenbA6E&t=18660s
Comparing to Chima's version, you can see she has the buttery smoothness of Chima's voice (though they're not the same).

She can do fast songs like God knows and Seikan Hikou while sounding clear. This reminds me of Stella.

Compared to Stella's version, Sakura is softer in the way she belts.

The bad: She struggles with lower notes in some songs, like Spring Thief (which she acknowledges on stream as being too low). She lacks practice in quite a few songs (though that is understandable considering how she sings like 9 hours each stream).

The strange: there are huge differences between her covers of the same song. For instance, in another version of Departures, she sounded very shrill (which is bad). It's clear that she's been experimenting with singing styles and audio setups. That means one has to find the best version on holodex.

tl;dr: would listen more.
