Western women literally and unironically do not know how to flirt, which is what JP is doing. When western women "flirt" they are almost always just retelling some story about something sexual that happened to them, which is alienating at best and off putting at worst to a male audience.

You notice when JP acts sexual they're mindful of either trying to include the viewer directly (flirting directly at you) or at least be thoughtfully indirect (only talking about themselves and not mentioning anything that would take the viewer out of of the mood). Many girls fail in doing the second part because it actually takes effort to think about what you're about say and making sure the audience feels included instead of just dumping your baggage all over the audience like they give a fuck which is what a lot of women do because their accustomed to always being the passive one in the discussion.
