Doki - Not likely. I won't speculate as to the CURRENT relationships anyone previously in Niji has with her because I don't know shit, but it is worth pointing out that Nina and Selen were never particularly close. Nina's always been very open about talking about your emotions, and Selen was always very shy about that outside of solo streams so they didn't bond as much as say, Nina and Pomu. There's simply no reason to assume they should have jumped into collabs immediately.
Mint - Also very unlikely. I do think that her joining is an inevitability, but that it won't happen until after the podcast ends late Summer or Autumn and Mint is more solid about her future. I don't see her abandoning streaming, and running the convention circuit with Matara to sample what life is like in VShojo can definitely sway her.
Snuffy - This one's only being pushed by people who don't watch her or VShojo. While Snuffy was VShojo bestie #1 for all of 2021 and 2022, her closeness with the group cooled off during 2023 and she's basically had zero collabs for like a year now. She's not close enough that reasonable people think it's her.
Mika/Kamii - This is the prevailing theory right now. There's not much going against it. The biggest reason they wouldn't sign her is the potential of disaster down the line if she's in a relationship with Kuro, because if things go south there then they can get very messy. Both sides of that coin have stated they're not, however, and Kuro + Matara remain extremely close to Kamii. She also has friends in the group outside of the ex-Nijis, with her being particularly close to Zen, Froot, Geega, and Haruka, along with a couple other /lig/gers she spent a lot of time with during her final weeks at Niji like Katie and rpr. Her biggest fanartist has implied she's definitely coming back, and she is friends with Gunrun on chess.com of all places. She's also strong streamer, speaks Indo, and would likely have a completely new design if she resurfaced since she's shown no signs of resurrecting her PL.
Someone else - While Kamii has the strongest ties at the moment, there remains the possibility it's someone nobody's thinking of yet. VShojo's big thing is that any new members have to be compatible with the current members though, so a complete stranger is more of a stretch than someone expected. It's also more likely to be someone new, than a currently-existing indie given the pattern seen the past like this post said >>73854405
