While Twitch numbers aren't the same as Youtube, here's a bit of context. If you are asking about being able to support themselves purely off of streaming, it's generally accepted to be around the low to mid 3view bar that you can do so, but that's once again a Twitch number which has a very different culture for supporting streamers with donos and such then Japan.

These are Twitch numbers, but it was interesting and put into perspective how badly inflated people's sense of numbers here are. Even the lowest homo is in the pinnacle of streamers numberwise.
