This is what I found to be off about this.

>Cover wishes her all the best and as a show of good will they even let her keep the 100,000 yen sound booth that she still uses
>Coco Graduates
>they essentially give her a state Funeral and have a massive celebration for her
>Rushia is terminated
>Cover releases a brief statement about the situation wishes her well she is back with a model a week later like nothing happened
>Sana graduates
>has a great send off with all of Council sending her off and she even does around meeting other members and it is a really wholesome moment

>Nijisanji graduation
>Talents shit on the company
>Talents throw people under the bus
>Talents don't even show up for their graduation

>Nijisanji termination
>Burn every bridge
>try to get talents black listed
>spread rrats


Pic related had the most giga chad graduation ever. She dunked on Nijisanji for never supporting KR and shit all over management in a 12 hour stream.

Learn to let go and hope that the time is right and they left on good terms. People think Coco's or Aloe's graduation were sad but I've seen Chuubas who graduated and had nearly 2 days worth of graduation streams bawling their eyes out because they didn't want to leave and knew when they ended the stream it was all over but circumstances forced them to quit.
