Holy fucking kino anon, I've been dreaming about this. Beaut. It doesn't affect the overall patterns much, but if you've got this on nice layers, you can shift Mt. Mori to South-West a smidge, pic rel is a topographical map, the volcano is at the highest part.

A note because I looked into this specifically, but topography can be pretty steep in the right circumstances. See the rockies https://gisgeography.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/US-Elevation-Map-1550x925.jpg or madagascar https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/24/Madagascar_Topography.png ; thousands of meters of elevation change in small distances. I used fairly realistic erosion simulation methods to generate the Moriji topography and due to the supervolcano pushing up the island, it ended up with pretty steep elevation lines. I don't think the /wah/ map is implausible, though I'd have to see it in 3D to really tell.

Ah, I'm so happy you're around!
Yeah, I wasn't sure about the proper ordering for montane shrubland vs taiga vs tundra, thanks for clearing that up! I will amend. Regarding the other shrublands, you should probably see the topographical maps I ended up with. The elevation overall ended up being quite tall, but the island is a bit bigger than Madagascar, and this was how I got the "look" I liked on the mountains, though that can be amended too. Anyway, all the montane shrublands end up being above 3000 meters in altitude. If that is so, it the distribution okay, or should the shrublands be reduced still?
Also, noted on the mangroves! That's another biome I wasn't sure how to distribute, on the maps I saw it felt a bit random. I'll add more of them.

Topographical, hydrological maps of Moriji Island. For scale, the island is 1600 kilometers end-to-end.

Proper elevation map (500m/color) and hydrological map (rivers aren't that wide, emphasized for clarity).

I wasn't gonna post it till tomorrow, but for once I have a fellow here, so check out the topographical and hydrological maps I've been putting together. If they check out well enough I think I'll place some cities on there next, either that or map out biomes.
