It's like her or her managers don't want to get popular. Yeah, is it a bit embarrassing/unprofessional to fall asleep during a stream? Sure. But it's those types of moments that make streamers, Vtubers or not, much more like an actual person, and lead to hilarious moments.
Not only did they take down an apparently very funny clip that could have brought a ton of new eyes, but as you said, they'll have pissed off a lot of clippers. I mean, did they copyright strike those channels! That's a dangerous fucking thing to do!

I didn't use it for physical goods, but Tenso worked very well and gave a japanese address, which is needed, and then from what I remember Tenso just deliver it to you.
You'll have to provide proof of person, and proof of address, so something like providing a passport and recent (3-6 months I think) bank statement for physical goods.
I've seen some of those stands and goods and I wouldn't mind grabbing a few of those myself. They look really cute.
