This is an extremely retarded idea, so I'm prefacing that you shouldn't do it.

That being said, most of these things would be generally easy to handle if you have a general concept of how to handle things like toggles and basic hotkeys. If you want to know how to do certain things like applying a hotkey or a model toggle, I'd honestly start with youtube tutorials, because they will give you step-by-step guides on how to use VTube Studio or whatever you'd need to try to make happen. Next, the bigger issue is mostly that you'll need the necessary assets to do all of this, which would be at minimum:
>Two functional models with relevant frames/animations/rigging to pair the two
>Enough difference between the models that they can identify the two as unique
>Animations for each body that would be different, or possibly only one body for emphasize the puppet role
If you wanted to genuinely go heavy into the autism and you have the time to really make this borderline/literal schizophrenic nightmare happen, my recommendation would be to acquire the two models, have one of them use generic stance animations and/or tie their tracking to a mouse, use hotkey magic to disable mouth tracking/voice animations for one model and enable it for the other and practice switching the two of them mid-content generation (I'd highly recommend you engage in this nonsense while playing a non-turn-based game so you can feel out how quickly you'll need to adapt to it on the fly while performing other immediate tasks, or rather how quickly you can make your hotkeys work and figure out specifically what hotkeys to disable in each game you play) because the zenith of this experience would be a collab of "three" where you and the puppet can communicate with another human AND chat simultaneously.

This will probably breed some new kind of mental disorder, but if you (or some other random anon looking for a wild gimmick) want this to happen, it ultimately would be more of a matter of assets, hotkey management and input mastery, and LOTS of practice than any kind of esoteric knowledge, innovative programming, or treading uncharted territory.
