Anon cheating is like a discernible personality trait. It shows they don't actually see their partner as a person with real feelings and are a massive narcissist.
Also doing it as a teenager reflects on your character much worse in many cases. At least when middle aged people in long marriages cheat it's often because their partner stopped caring about them emotionally, or stopped putting out. If you cheat as a teenager you're just the type of whore/manwhore that sees relationships as a tool to create excitement and drama in your life, because you could have just broken up with them instead.
