alright so i have been working all day on something to explain Onobots a bit better since i feel like maybe due to them not just simply being humans that it is a bit harder to picture them:

as for a trade tribunal, there should be a checkpoint halfway on the big road so having an embassy there where each nation can have a represantive should be fine for such a purpose i think? there we could also set down in paper the general rule that nations even outside of alliances are agreeing to cooperate against any attacks of outside forces not part of this agreement

and one last thing, if i understood it right /2434/ wants a road connected to panrong right? i think you rather want it connecting to the big road between Ceres and Demeter sicne that is the only actual road there, the rest is basicly well traveled dirtroads since risuners have no need for "real" roads

also if /2434/ is interested, /vrt/ would be willing to agree to an agreement where if /inf/ ever goes haywire we would be interfering to either settle any conflict peacefully or at least buy enough time for /2434/ to brace itself or potentially withdraw with their stuff safeguarded and in return /2434/ promises to either help settle potential disputes if we ever get big problems with /inf/ or potentially set up a port office at what new town /2434/ would build. this would give a bit more of a safeguard on the eastcoast.
As a sign of good faith for this we would also like to add to this an agreement of lowered taxes to a small degree as to inspire trade between /vrt/ and /2434/

hmm a rough idea for the overall flow of the story could be for Cass to just lead him aroudn for her own amusment and 9141 following what she says, but as Cass starts to run out of ideas and 9141 starts to get a bit sad he still has not foudn space, Cass realizes she actually kidna like sthe fellow and wants him give his wish but does not know how since she knows they cannot actually go to space only for 9141 to bring up the holo chamber he learned of at the start and Cass giving him a grand showing of all kidn fo space stuff in there, 9141 is happy and wants to share his findigns with the rest of Onobots. Cass is sad he wants to leave but also happy he found what he wanted and they say their heartfelt goodbyes
