For you I would suggest making a design sheet of anime/artists you like and just mix and match until it suits your taste. Like "I like X authors way of drawing eyes" and find someone to commission for a design after you put it together in your "collage" design sheet. Mata talked about how she put it together before she sent it to k_cross picrelobv looking for an artist is harder but get the idea together now and hand it to artists you can find later

Mata did the same, she had Kenkou Cross do her concept, but Cluseller did the model.
