I checked The.Notebook.2004.1080p.BluRay.H264.AAC-RARBG.mp4 and The.Notebook.2004.1080p.BluRay.x264-CiNEFiLE.mkv to compare them to the US YouTube version I rented, and the only difference is that there is an additional scene right at the end starting at 1:57:22.

So turn off your version at pic related if you don't want to see the extra scene that FWMC probably won't see.
