Find a key you like and click to put it on the screen, then hit play and see what it sounds like. Make a short beat (you can drag notes around after placing them) using that key until you're happy with it, then add another key and make a beat with it, then hit play and see how they sound together. If you like it, add a third and so on, or play with the length of the note (so that it'll play longer) or stop if you think it sounds fine as is.
For this one in particular you can click the arrow next to the cloud and save a copy of it to your computer.
