whatever your character's design is, make sure it matches your voice. deeper voice = thicker neck, lighter voice = thinner neck. that's literally the only thing that really matters.

your design and personality could clash hard (emo-goth energy but have bright colorful bubbles and shit) and that'll add to gap moe appeal. but your voice + neck phrenology need to match.
